The Admission Officer duties will include
Ensure the processes of all patient paperwork and administration
Greeting new patients as well as their families
Liaise with consultant and medical secretaries to ensure private medical insurance is in place
Updates patient details on the system
Handle external and internal admissions enquiries, directing queries as appropriate.
Ensure all documents are filled out correctly
