Our client is looking for a highly organised, enthusiastic and highly motivated Office Manager to join their offices in Farlington, Portsmouth. If this sounds like the role for you, then read on.....
This role will report into the HR Manager and will be responsible for the management of the daily office facilities.
Main Responsibilities
- Early start in office 07:30am to 4pm Monday to Friday
- Meet and greet visitors & customers
- To provide administration support for the company
- Process Customer Orders and Quotes when required
- Liaise with the external suppliers and customers
- Maintain, control and resolve issues of the clocking system/Timesheets
- Updating Social Media Sites
- Booking of hotels, taxis and travel as required
- Provide full administrative duties including filing, postal services, stock checks, minute taking, book accommodation & travel as required, process of petty cash and credit card payments.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills & high level of organisational skills
- Good MS Office skills
- At least 2 – 3 years Office Management experience
