Our client, a dynamic new industry leader has doubled in size over the past two years. They provide cutting edge solutions to the entire engineering sector. You will be joining the Account/Sales team where you are responsible for finding creative ways to develop/generate new business relationships.
Key Aspects Include
-Prospecting, introducing, and establishing an initial relationship with potential clients.
-Being Consultative: Take the time to analyse and understand your customers business strategy, future product plans, and expansion activities
-Collaborating: Help your teammates learn and succeed as fast as you do.
- Closing Deals: Manage a sales cycle which clearly addresses customer priorities, demonstrates our client USP's and overcomes objections which leads to successive happy clients.
Previous Skills and Experience
-Bachelor’s degree or at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience 1+ years of sales experience, with a history of meeting targets
-Strong communication skills via phone and email Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
-Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
-Tele-Sales and F2F Sales experience(desirable)
-Effectively using CRM systems(desirable)

£27000-£35000 + OTE £15,000, + Benefits.
