The SAP SuccessFactors Support Manager will be responsible for managing the client’s support function and tickets and successful delivery to their clients, ensuring they get the best out of their support contract through the HelpMyCloud support model. 

Experience

• Good functional knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors
• Knowledge of HR business processes and organisational structures
• Good understanding of HR and industry-specific business processes
• Ability to manage, maintain and grow support relationships with customers

Education and Qualifications / Skills and Competencies

• Certification in one or more core SuccessFactors modules preferably EC Employee Central
