Key responsibilities
* Duties: developing HR processes, develop and support the head office and lab/ research function by providing a first class HR service, Problem resolution of complex ER cases, recruitment on senior roles, liaise with all levels of stakeholders, supporting various projects, people engagement, policy development, coach and develop leadership teams. Management of 2 HR Assistants
Skills & qualifications
* Experience in an HR environment and preferably working towards CIPD
* Staff management / supervision experience
* Experience of providing HR advice and support
* Strong attention to detail with a supportive and positive outlook
* Proven ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders
