We are a boutique agency. A relatively new brand but based on relationships built over 20 years. This is Alexander Faraday Recruitment supports temps, contract and perm roles. We have many years’ experience recruiting roles including; HR, Training and Recruitment, all finance, marketing, e-commerce, project management, buying/ procurement, contract managers, facility /building managers, PA/administration and reception. We also look after senior operations, food safety and H&S related roles. We bespoke every recruitment process according to the individual company/ client. We build long lasting client relationships and are not interested in ‘quick wins’

This is AFR acts as an extension of our client’s talent offering. Working in partnership, we offer a full recruitment service thus saving our clients time, money and resources. • ‘Always available’ – we understand that it is not always convenient for candidates or clients to communicate during regular office hours, so we make ourselves available out of hours to accommodate 
• All candidates are vetted (eligibility to work etc) and met prior to interview with our clients 
• Fast response – at This is AFR, we pride ourselves on our speed in turning around jobs. Once we have a qualified role, there is no reason why we can’t start getting CV’s over within hours
