Senior Recruitment Consultant
(Full or part time/WFH, fully remote)

The role
The Senior Recruitment Consultant position is a remote role, based from home. Supporting our Senior Recruiter, your duties would include:
- Development of new and existing clients by delivering an exemplary and communicative service
- Sourcing/attracting candidates via various methods including client/candidate referrals, job boards, LI, social media, head hunting etc
- Interviewing potential candidates via phone and video
- Maintaining/updating the chameleon database, ensuring compliance, activates/notes, and rights to work information is fully up to date
- Creating adverts to attract/engage high quality candidates
- Maintaining contact/building relationships with candidates via phone, email, text, mailshots
- Updating candidates throughout the job application/interview process. Supporting/briefing candidates for interviews with clients
- Qualifying/advising on various job roles/job descriptions
- Liaising directly with key clients to qualify jobs, book in interviews and take feedback
- Offering first class customer service to clients and candidates alike
- Following up all communication (via either email, text, WhatsApp, LinkedIn message, social media channels)
- Sourcing, qualifying, interviewing, formatting CVs, creating and updating candidates’ files on the database
